Digital written report only
Each purchase is a digital written report delivered by email or Etsy message. No physical product is shipped.
No free personal readings
We do not provide free personal readings by email, message, comment, or social media. If you would like a private reading, please choose a paid written report.
Payment and order process
Primary orders are processed through Etsy. Depending on your location, additional card or supported wallet payment options may be available. You pay first, then submit your details. We begin preparing your report only after payment and details are received.
Customer responsibility to submit accurate details
You are responsible for submitting accurate birth date, contact, and order details. Inaccurate or incomplete details may delay your report or affect its relevance.
Delivery time
Reports are delivered privately by email, usually within 24–48 hours after your details are received. Timing may vary slightly during busy periods.
Refund policy
Because each reading is personalized and manually prepared, completed readings are non-refundable. If we have not started your report yet, you may request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
